My Story
I'm the maker behind Something Sweet, specialising in hand-sculpted fondant work: realistic animals and fantasy scenes as well as clean, elegant wedding tiers. Every design starts with your idea, not a catalogue, and every order gets its own design sketch before I bake a single cake.
No templates and no shortcuts. Every bake is made with high-quality ingredients and finished by hand, from wedding cakes to birthday cakes, hand-iced biscuits and cupcakes.

Get in touch with your occasion, date and inspiration. A photo, a theme or a colour palette is enough to start.
You'll get a design sketch to approve and a flavour list to choose from, so there are no surprises before I bake.
Every cake is baked, iced and sculpted by hand. Nothing off the shelf, nothing rushed.
Your cake is finished and ready to collect in time for your day.
